 Raw Material Control
Full-item testing: 12 indicators such as chemical composition, particle size, impurities, etc. are tested, and unqualified raw materials are directly returned.

Traceability management: Establish an archive to record the origin, batch, and test data, and the source can be traced.
 Melting Monitoring
Intelligent temperature control: The PLC system monitors the temperature curve in real time, with an error of ≤±1℃.

Dynamic calibration: Automatically adjust the alloy ratio every 10 minutes to ensure process stability.
 Finished Product Testing
First-line fast inspection: routine items such as appearance, size, and hardness.
Laboratory deep inspection: ICP spectrometer and carbon-sulfur analyzer detect composition and performance.
Stricter than national standards: The internal control standards of key indicators are 10%-15% higher than national standards.
 Factory Traceability
One item, one code: Scan the code to check the test report, production batch, raw material traceability and other data.

Lifelong archiving: The report is kept for more than 10 years and can be accessed at any time.

Control Dimensions

Precise Control Of Main Component Content (Cr/Si/Mn)

The core element content benchmark values ​​such as chromium (Cr), silicon (Si), and manganese (Mn) are strictly locked, and the error range is controlled within ±0.05%; during the smelting process, the element ratio is automatically calibrated every 10 minutes by the spectrometer to ensure that the composition fluctuation is lower than the industry standard of 30%; the rapid detection at the production site and the ICP deep analysis of the independent laboratory are double-verified to eliminate systematic deviations.

Carbon Content And Impurity Limit Control

The vacuum decarburization technology is used to accurately control the carbon content in the range of 0.03%-0.15% (depending on the product type), which is more than 50% lower than the ordinary process; in terms of impurity control, sulfur (S) ≤0.015%, phosphorus (P) ≤0.025%, nitrogen (N) ≤50ppm, equipped with carbon sulfur analyzer and oxygen nitrogen hydrogen analyzer for targeted detection, and the raw materials exceeding the standard are directly melted and returned to the furnace.

Zero Defect Standard For Particle Size And Appearance

The particle size is implemented in a pyramid model, with 100% of the basic grade passing through a 20-mesh screen, 90% of the precision grade concentrating on 40-60 mesh, and 70% of the ultra-fine grade reaching above 100 mesh; the appearance is tested in five dimensions, including color difference ΔE≤1.5, surface finish Ra≤0.8μm, zero cracks/pores/inclusions and other defects, dimensional tolerance ±0.5mm/±1°, and vacuum aluminum foil bags + moisture-proof cartons are used for protection, with a transportation damage rate of <0.01%.
